Policies & Rates


All rooms are non-smoking, but smoking is allowed outside, well away from the doors. There are seating areas and ashtrays outside. We allow children over 12 years old by reservation.
We do not allow pets.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel prior to 7 days before your reservation, (3 weeks for events, holidays and whole house bookings), you will be charged a $20 cancellation fee per room. If you cancel within 7 days of your reservation, you will be charged for one night, unless we can rebook the entire reservation. If so, we only charge the $20 processing fee, per room.
Whole house bookings for more than 2 nights require a one night non-refundable fee.

Check in:

Assisted check-in between 3 and 6 PM. Please let us know if you plan to arrive later – we are generally here, but occasionally we need to leave instructions.


Room Rates (to which is added 13% hotel tax)

Garden Suite –  $150-$170 per night.  All rates based on double occupancy. (Maximum of 2 guests)

Courtyard Cottage – $175-$190 per night.  All rates based on double occupancy. (Maximum of 2 guests)

Upstairs Suite – $240-$265 per night.  This suite sleeps a maximum of 4 guests.

Guesthouse Master Suite – $200-$250 per night.  This suite sleeps a maximum of 3 guests.

Guesthouse Hattie’s Half – $300-$350 per night. This suite sleeps a maximum of 4 guests.
